Refund policy

RETURNS 

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and/or in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

EXCEPTIONS 
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or digital products.

We do not exchange or refund purchases due to change of mind.

EXCHANGES (IF APPLICABLE) 
We only replace items if they are defective, damaged or you have received the wrong product. Please inspect your order upon arrival and send us an email at contact@colourofoctober.com.au immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. 

REFUNDS 
We only refund purchases if items received are proved to be defective or damaged or if you have received the wrong item. Send us an email at contact@colourofoctober.com.au if you think you are eligible for a refund under these terms. 

You will be given an address to ship your return to if it is deemed eligible under the terms above. 

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE) 

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

If you are shipping an item over $100, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item. If we don't receive your return we can't guarantee your refund/exchange.
