This year I'm feeling motivated to really try to implement more planning and scheduling into my life. Battling chronic pain and fatigue, I definitely face very real limitations on a day to day basis, however my creative mind struggles to keep this in mind a lot of the time. I'm hoping by looking at the facts- the amount of time actually in a day, month and year, and staying in tune with how my body is coping, I can create a year with a lot less overwhelm.
