Being 'booped' by a gorgeous golden puppy with a wet nose is a magical experience, and quite frankly, I think it's an honour! So I thought I would paint this adorable golden retriever giving you a 'boop' to brighten your day. Hand-painted digitally with an Apple Pencil on an iPad Pro.
“Golden Retriever Boop” is just one artwork in a growing series of prints featuring dogs of all shapes and sizes.
About the series:
The goal with this series is to make my pet portraits accessible to a wider audience. I’m aware not everyone may have the budget for a completely customised portrait of their pet and that’s okay! Each painting in this series will highlight a different dog breed- their unique qualities and traits. As I add to the series, I hope you may find a portrait that reminds you of a pup in you or your friends and families lives.
Why dogs?
I am no stranger to the hardships this world can hand out but as a proud mum to two sausage dogs, I am well versed in the joy that animals can bring to our lives. I know the difference the unconditional love from a fluffy companion can make. Not only do they bring joy, but they give purpose. And boy do they have character- which makes them so fun to paint- no two pup are the same!

Fine Art (Giclee) Print is unframed, printed on 320gsm acid-free textured cotton rag with a small white border. The genuine, lightfast inks ensure properly cared for prints are guaranteed to last at least 100 years without significant fading.
Standard Art Print is unframed, printed on quality 220gsm lightly textured card stock with a small white border. Great alternative for enthusiasts on a budget.
All prints are unframed, feature the Colour of October emblem and Liz Pepper's digital signature, and have a white border.
